Welcome Back! QuestGaine will return to where it finished up in 2015 - New Farm Park - on 31st March 2016. But we will be kicking off the year with an optional extended 90 minute course in addition to the regular 60 minute version . Thanks to Lindsay for preparing this extra large and intersting map! This map covers areas of New Farm, Teneriffe, Bulimba and Balmoral, and incorporates optional crossings of the river on Ferries, so bring your Go-Cards if you wish to push hard and explore both sides of the river. To continue QuestGaines throughout 2016, we need your support by volunteering to set maps. It only take a couple of hours to do the fieldwork scouting and recording CP locations with your smart phone. We will sort out the maps and admin side of things. This week's QuestGaine will be the last for the year and will be at New Farm.  Starting in New Farm Park at the end of Brunswick Street.   We hope you have enjoyed this year's events. As those who attended the Jindalee event will be very aware, we are in summer storm season so think about bringing along some map protection as this week's map may not be waterproof.  If there is enough interest and the weather holds we might fire up the BBQ for a feed after the event. Check out the sign on sheet for details. I will let everyone know if food will be organised before COB Thursday. We hope to be able to bring you more Questgaines in the new year! The last Questgaine for the year will be held on the 17th December at New Farm, if there is enough interest we might put on some food and drink for everyone. 

This week's QuestGaine will be at Jindalee/Sinnamon Park.  Starting at Rosemont Park, which is at the corner of Rosemont and Cityview Road.  The park is unnamed on Google Maps and can be accessed from numerous local streets. It's a very pretty area with an intricate network of paths to keep you off the streets. As we are moving in to summer storm season think about bringing along some map protection as this week's map may not be waterproof.  We hope to be able to bring you more Questgaines in the new year!
